Life is never a bed of roses. There are times when you have so many things to do at the same time that you will be at a complete loss. Why are there so many things to do but so little time?? Homework,projects, family,gakkai etc etc..& the list goes on. Sometimes it gets so frustrating that you feel like pulling all your hair out till you're bald..haha.jk. Frustration,angst,guilt,self-reprimand & many negative functions start to surface. Many a times we tend to forget that we have the gohonzon. GD Ong has said before that if one is to achieve success, one must have the gohonzon as the power giver. The power of the mystic law is beyond anyone's imagination. Only through chanting daimoku can we gain the wisdom & lifeforce to overcome our problems.

~ Happiness is not an absence of problems. Happiness lies in overcoming unhappiness.

A big thank you to all who have made the ASD dance item on SD anniversary a great success. Special thanks go to Minling, Siyi & Alex. It has been a great experience working with u peeps. I loved the songs used for the dance, esp beauty & the beast. Tatz y i've chosen this song for my blog..haha.
Apologies for the quick disappearance aft training, esp on the day of SD anniversary. I brought a new friend along on that day & i was trying very hard to accomodate her. I didnt manage to sit with her throughout the show cuz i was involved in the dance item. I was shocked when she msged me after the dance that she had left the auditorium & would be waiting for me at the toilet downstairs. The reason she gave was because the air con was too cold. I felt really bad cuz my sole purpose of bringing her down for the SD anniversary was to let her know more about Soka & it turned out like that. I saw her home immediately aft the performance cuz i don't think it was fair to let her wait. Anyway, hope she has the good fortune to practice this buddhism one day & attain happiness.

It's has been a long time since i last blog..haha.well, i've been mostly overseas for the past 3months, hence the long absence - First it was brunei,then shanghai n lastly thailand. i must confess im rather sick of taking airplanes nw. Indeed, it feels gd to stay grounded for a change..haha.. Anyway, i've been busy updating myself since, with the copious amount of upcoming gakkai activities..i must say i've missed out quite abit during the 19days i spent in thailand. Luckily im armed with an organiser, thanks to renna..haha..or i'll definitely forget the dates of meetings and rehearsals.. Will try to update my blog regularly as & when time permits..haa..until then, take care everyone..

Shawnrick's grandpa passed away yesterday morning. The wake will be at Whampoa Drive Blk 74 and the funeral will be on friday. Whoever is free kindly please go down and support shawnrick.

Less than 2weeks before going Brunei..undoubtedly the most boring place on Earth.

This is how i think movies shown on channel 5 work:

When a movie is first shown, it's a TV premiere, then later it becomes an encore telecast or back by popular demand ( Sunday Prime movie). After 1 or 2 years, it becomes a blockbuster movie, then eventually becomes Monday mega movie, which will be repeated again & again.
If it is for mature audience, it will be shown on Friday late night movie or Saturday late night movie..lol.

I think i watched the movie broken arrow like 4 times?stargate & speed like 3times?haha..& not forgetting the huang fei hong series on channel 8..

Frustration. Angst. Confused. Lousy.
Life is indeed a struggle.

When everything becomes so unpredictable & seemingly impossible, you start to have doubts on the outcome. You want to give up, but at the same time you do not want to.

A dilemma.

Take it as a challenge. Press on. Have the fighting spirit to overcome all doubts & make the impossible possible.
